Joe Carsanaro has over 25 years of work experience in the fields of marketing, business operations, strategy, and product line management. From 1990 to 1995, they worked in Sales and Brand Marketing at AT&T. From 1995 to 1998, they were a Product Line Director at Ericsson. From 1998 to 1999, they were a VP of Marketing Operations, Business Development, and Strategy at Philips. From 1999 to 2002, they were the Founder and CEO, as well as being responsible for Market Development, Operations, and Strategy at Bloodhound Technologies. From 2002 to 2005, they were the General Manager of Messaging Products and Services at Motorola. From 2005 to 2012, they were a VP of Marketing, Business Operations, and Strategy at Motion IP LLC. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been the CEO of iValu8, a leading cloud-based marketing and proximity platform provider.

Joe Carsanaro obtained their MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in Marketing from 1988 to 1990. Joe then went on to obtain their MSEE from Southern Methodist University. Finally, they obtained their BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
