With extensive experience in operations and management, Roel previously held the role of CEO at PRO HRM from February 2014 to December 2022, leading initiatives to accelerate the growth of staffing and secondment agencies through comprehensive back-office services. Additional roles include CEO at Robin, General Manager at PRO HRM, and Payroll Consultant at various firms, including PwC and EY. Roel holds a Bachelor of Science in Fiscal Economics from Tilburg University and has completed multiple degrees in international economic studies.
