Niki Ferrari began their work experience in 2013 as a Software Developer at Escribo, where they worked until July 2015. In August 2015, they joined IUNGO - The Key for Supply Chain Collaboration as a Software Developer. They later progressed to the role of Senior Software Developer from February 2018 to January 2019. From January 2019 to May 2022, Niki served as the Technical Lead at IUNGO. Currently, they hold the position of Engineering Team Lead at the same company, starting in May 2022 with no specified end date.

Niki Ferrari obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universit¨¤ degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Niki obtained certifications from edX, including a Verified Certificate for Sprint Planning for Faster Agile Team Delivery in June 2023 and a Verified Certificate for Applied Scrum for Agile Project Management in March 2023.
