Carole Saint-Laurent serves as the Head of the Forest and Grassland Team at IUCN since January 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Adviser in Forest Policy and Partnerships at the same organization from 1997 to 2013. Prior to this, Carole was a Senior Policy Adviser at WWF from 1991 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology from Bishop's University and Queen's University, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from UCL.
