Staci Rogers is an experienced banking professional with over 30 years in the industry, currently serving as Vice President of Business Lending at IU Credit Union since September 2022. In this role, Staci manages a substantial portfolio of existing members and seeks to establish new relationships, focusing on investment real estate and a comprehensive array of business financing solutions. Prior to IU Credit Union, Staci held the position of Assistant Vice President and Business Specialist II at First Financial Bank from September 2009 to August 2022, where expertise was cultivated in providing banking solutions for small business clients. Staci's career began at Irwin Union Bank, where responsibilities included retail deposit growth, consumer lending, and staff development as an AVP and Banking Center Manager. Staci holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus, a Retail Branch Management Diploma from the American Bankers Association, and a Veterinary Assistant Degree from USCI.
