Annette Fjeldsaa currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at ITX | Contact Center, a position held since June 2023. Annette's extensive background in continuous improvement is highlighted by the position of Site Continuous Improvement Leader at GKN Aerospace Norway. Annette holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of South-Eastern Norway, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Automation Engineering from Oslo and Akershus University College.
