John Hicaro is an experienced graphics specialist and laser technician currently working at ITW Trans Tech since June 2008, focusing on pad printing product decorating solutions. Prior to this role, John served as a freelance production artist for DesignPac Gifts, LLC in early 2008, ensuring design transitions into production-ready art. From June 2001 to January 2008, John worked as an art director at The Adventure Group, managing the printing department and overseeing graphics design and production for various printing processes. Additionally, John spent almost 17 years as an assistant art director and graphic artist at Beeco Mfg/P & K Sports, specializing in the design and production of silk screen graphics for point-of-purchase advertising mirrors. John holds a BA in Design, Industrial Design Communications Design from the University of Illinois Chicago, earned between 1977 and 1982.
