Lee Rieth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development within the specialty chemicals industry. Currently serving as the Director of Research & Development at ITW Pro Brands, Lee Rieth leads a 30-person team across four sites and has successfully designed and implemented an innovation management process that significantly increased annual new product revenue. Prior to this role, Lee Rieth operated Lee Rieth Consulting LLC, assisting bio-based chemical companies in market development. Additional experience includes positions at Segetis Inc, where Lee Rieth directed product development teams, and Milliken & Company, where market development strategies were executed for global plastics additives. Lee Rieth earned a Ph.D. in Organic/Polymer Chemistry and possesses executive education credentials from renowned institutions, including Cornell University and the Kellogg School of Management.
