Brian Kadel currently serves as Vice President of Dealer Sales at Refrigerated Solutions Group, having joined the company in November 2023. Brian's extensive career at ITW Food Equipment Group, which began in January 1994, includes various leadership roles such as Vice President of Foodservice Dealer Sales and General Manager of the Mixing division, where responsibilities included P&L management and successfully transforming underperforming divisions. Brian has a strong background in marketing and sales operations, with a focus on developing strategies to drive revenue and product growth for the Food Machines product division, as well as implementing initiatives to enhance inventory and manufacturing efficiency. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Dayton, obtained in 1995.
