Ritika Mittal currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ITTDigital, a position held since March 2022, with headquarters in New Jersey. Prior to this role, Ritika was the Global Head of Strategy & Operations at Toppr from August 2014 to March 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing operational efficiency for a national field sales team across over 40 business units. Previous experience includes various positions at PH Pvt Ltd, including Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager, as well as an Assistant Professor in Biotechnology at Govt Mohindra College. Ritika's educational background includes an MBA from Liverpool John Moores University (2022-2024), a Post Graduate Program in Management from the Institute of Management Technology (2022-2023), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the National Law School of India University (2011-2012), alongside a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Punjabi University (2005-2010).
