Sarah Ela Keitmann is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director HR Germany at ITT Bornemann since October 2018, Sarah previously held the position of Senior HR Manager and Personalleitung at the same company. An interim role as Senior HR Manager at ITT Rheinhütte Pumpen GmbH was undertaken from July 2020 to February 2021. Prior to these roles, Sarah contributed to Martin Braun KG as stellvertretende Personalleiterin and Personalreferentin from September 2013 to September 2018 and served as Personalleiterin and Personalsachbearbeiterin at EDEKA NONFOOD Logistik GmbH from June 2008 to August 2013.
