Ajay Giridhar is a seasoned professional with a strong background in account management and business development within the telecommunications and IT sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at ITSM Corp since March 2016, Ajay focuses on increasing business revenue for existing accounts and pursuing new opportunities within the SME sector across Australia and APAC. Previously, at Tata Communications, Ajay held the role of Business Relationship Manager, where responsibilities included driving revenue growth through a wide range of telecom solutions. Earlier experience as a Channel Account Manager at Bharti Airtel Services involved managing high revenue accounts, and as a Channel Manager at Spice Telecom, Ajay oversaw corporate sales and service. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University and a Master's degree in Yoga Teacher Training/Yoga Therapy from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana.
