Shannon Dulaney is an experienced professional with a strong background in urban development and community partnerships. Currently serving as the Urban Development Director at itselectric since May 2023, Dulaney focuses on enhancing access to electric transportation in U.S. cities. Prior to this role, Dulaney held various positions at Spin, including Head of Community Partnerships for North America, where oversight included a five-person team and a significant budget aimed at advancing safety, equity, and sustainability goals. Dulaney's experience also encompasses roles at the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, American Honda Motor Company, and government-focused internships, in addition to dual Master's degrees in Business Administration and Environmental Management from the Yale School of Management and the Yale School of the Environment.
