Kelly Ann Kienzle has worked in the process serving community since 1990. After managing an Illinois location of a national process serving company specializing in foreclosure cases, Kelly founded It's Your Serve in 1993 at the age of 23. Although Kelly had significant experience managing service issues in foreclosure cases, she was interested in working with Chicago's largest and most prestigious law firms in a multitude of other litigation contexts. Her goal was to provide these firms with dedicated, reliable and professional process serving solutions. Kelly single-handedly marketed Chicago's largest and most sophisticated law firms assisting them with process serving, skip tracing and strategic litigation management issues. It's Your Serve was the first process serving firm in Chicago to merge process serving and clerking services together and quickly formed a one-stop-shop for Chicago's legal community. Today, It's Your Serve works hand-in-hand with law firms throughout the country as a strategic partner ensuring efficient process serving, filing, skip tracing and surveillance services. It's Your Serve handles a variety of diverse state and federal cases including white collar, personal injury, domestic relations, probate, commercial and corporate litigation. It's Your Serve frequently serves legal documents in well publicized local and national lawsuits. Kelly is a licensed private detective and is on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Association of Professional Process Servers, holding the position of Secretary since 2012. Despite navigating It's Your Serve through years of steady growth into a national process serving company, Kelly handles all marketing for the business.
