Sean Charlton is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications and network design. Currently serving as the Lead Network Engineer at ITS Technology Group since January 2023, Sean previously worked as a Senior Network Designer at BT from July 2016 to January 2023, specializing in Cisco routing and switching technologies, including BGP and OSPF, with responsibilities in design, consultation, implementation, and troubleshooting. Prior to this, Sean was a Telecommunications Engineer at Openreach from October 2012 to July 2016, where the focus was on maintaining the UK's copper and fibre network. Sean's career began in the British Army as an Infantry Soldier from April 2008 to October 2012, where specialized training in communications was completed.
