Jordy Sentis currently serves as the Líder de Desarrollo de Soluciones e Innovación at ITS, where responsibilities include driving digital transformation and technological innovation within the organization, with an emphasis on balancing disruptive innovation and incremental improvements to create sustainable value. Prior to this role, Jordy held positions such as Senior Project Manager at ITS InfoCom, overseeing planning and execution of MCR Regional Projects, and NOC-Process Manager at Huawei Technologies, where management of the Network Operation Center focused on monitoring the TIGO network. Additional experience includes roles as Gerente de Operaciones at Districall Telecomunicaciones and SOLFINSUR Telecomunicaciones - TIGO, as well as Data Validation Analyst at Ipsos and Synovate. Jordy holds degrees in Industrial Engineering from ULACIT and Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
