Ryan Kohnke has extensive work experience, starting in 2002 as a Managing Partner at ITS. In 2023, they became the President, CEO, and co-founder of ITS. Additionally, they held the role of Chapter Chair YPO Scottsdale at YPO from 2020 to 2022.

From 1994 to 1998, Ryan Kohnke attended Northern Arizona University, without obtaining a degree or specializing in any field of study.
