Janick Nijenhuis has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. They started their career as an Inside Sales representative at POXY Vloeren in 2008 and then transitioned to a Jr. Account Manager role at Jackling Engineering in 2010. In 2011, they joined Portland Europe as a Channel Account Manager, achieving annual group and personal quotas during their tenure. From 2015 to 2017, Janick worked as a Sales Manager at Uptrends, specializing in selling website and infrastructure monitoring solutions to IT departments in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. They then moved on to Mitek Systems as a Senior Sales Manager and Partner Manager, where they sold mobile capture technology and document verification services to stakeholders in the financial industry. In 2020, Janick joined ReadID by Inverid as a Partner Manager, supporting global channel partners in selling their identity verification software. They then worked as a Sales Director at ITRS Uptrends, which was later integrated into ITRS, a global monitoring software company. Currently, Janick holds the position of Head of Sales EMEA - Commercial at ITRS, responsible for maximizing performance across complex IT estates and improving customer experience. In 2022, Janick also became a member of Pavilion, an international community of sales and marketing leaders.
Janick Nijenhuis obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree in Sales & Marketing from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their MBO degree in International Business from ID College from 2003 to 2006. Janick also has a VMBO (T) degree in Economie from Orange Nassau College, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. In addition, Janick has obtained various certifications including Acronis Mobility Specialist, Acronis Sales Professional (ASP), GFi Level 100 Training (all products), and IASO Certified Technical Specialist (ICTS).
