Gino Adda serves as the Head of Service Desk & Network Operations at ITRIS One AG since May 2020, following a role in Professional Service Organisation Management Support at ITRIS Informatik AG. Prior experience includes IT Supporter positions at Jelmoli and Burckhardt Compression, as well as military service with the Schweizer Armee in various capacities, including SWISSCOY Ik-Verantwortlicher. Gino began a career in IT as an apprentice Support Analyst at Zimmer. Education includes participation in management seminars and advanced studies at the University of St.Gallen, alongside a degree in Informatiker Supporter EFZ from TBZ Technische Berufsschule Zürich.
