Lada Kitsikava has a robust career in the travel and partnership management sectors, currently serving as Deputy Unit Head and Partnership Manager at ITRex Group since April 2019. Prior to this, Lada held the position of Travel Services Specialist at Pegas Touristik from August 2015 to April 2019 and at the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus Centre for International Relations from March 2013 to August 2015. Lada completed a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Belarusian State University between 2008 and 2013 and attended Prešovská univerzita v Prešove for further academic pursuits in 2013.
