Alyssa (Sperber) Gold has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Alyssa most recently worked as the Chief Operating Officer at itrek starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they had their own independent consulting business where they served as a Senior Consultant, specializing in operations, marketing, and communications.

Some of Alyssa's notable achievements in their consulting role include transforming a combined marketing and communications department into an integrated organizational structure, as well as counseling C-Suite leaders on establishing high-performing and collaborative teams.

Before their consulting business, Alyssa worked at ICF Next from 2013 to 2018, where they served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager. In this role, they directed strategic marketing and PR programs for clients, orchestrated new product and brand launches, and implemented innovative brand management plans.

Prior to ICF Next, Alyssa held various leadership roles in different companies such as The Dentsu Network, Clear Channel, Vanguard Entertainment Media Marketing Group, NMA Entertainment & Marketing, Brand Buzz (a division of Young & Rubicam Brands), Tribeca Film Festival, and FourFront Inc. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing brand partnerships, and driving revenue growth through various marketing and promotional initiatives.

Throughout their career, Alyssa has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, team management, brand development, and partnership building.

Alyssa (Sperber) Gold pursued their education at Washington University in St. Louis from 1995 to 1999. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a field of study in Film and Theatre. Following this, they pursued further education at the NYU Stern School of Business from 2012 to 2015. Here, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specializations in Management and Strategy.
