Muhammed Shafi is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and information technology roles. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at the Ministry of Education in UAE since February 2019, Muhammed also holds a position as a Desktop Support team member at ITQAN Al Khaleej Computers. Prior experience includes roles as a Desktop Support Engineer at Emitac Healthcare Solutions and as an IT Support Technician at Al Shabaka Computers. Muhammed Shafi possesses a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Mahatma Gandhi University and an IT Diploma.
