Samantha Harrison Curran is an experienced Geographic Information Systems Manager at ITPEnergised, overseeing a GIS team and executing the company’s geospatial strategy since May 2023. Previously, Curran served as a Geospatial Specialist at Homes England, focusing on spatial software management to support the Geospatial Analysis team, and as a GIS Consultant at Esri UK, where expertise in ArcGIS was applied across various sectors. Early career roles included consulting at 1Spatial, postdoctoral research at Staffordshire University and Laboratoire de Géologie de Lyon, and editorial assistance at The Institution of Engineering and Technology. Curran holds a PhD in Planetary Science from The Open University, an MSc in Geographic Information Science from The University of Edinburgh, and a BSc in Earth and Planetary Sciences from Kingston University.
