Gontzal Ruiz has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of ITP Aero Castings since August 2000, with a series of leadership roles including General Manager of PCB and Head of various departments such as Industrial & Manufacturing and Engineering Structures & Casings. In addition to corporate responsibilities, Gontzal Ruiz is active in professional organizations as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Bilbao Engineering School Foundation and a Member of the Governing Board of the Official Association of Industrial Engineers of Bizkaia. Educational achievements include multiple degrees such as an Executive MBA from the University of Deusto and various specialized programs from institutions like INSEAD and MIT Sloan School of Management, focusing on innovation, digital business strategy, and lean manufacturing.
