Reisbel Machado has held various positions in the IT industry since 2010. Reisbel began their career as a Software Engineer at the University of Informatic Sciences (UCI) in 2010. In 2014, they joined itopia as a Senior Software Engineer and then moved into a DevOps Engineer role, where they were responsible for the design, automation and management of continuous integration, continuous delivery and cloud environments. In the same year, they also joined Tabagest S.A. as a Network and System Administrator. In their last role at itopia, they were a Lead Software Engineer, responsible for the coordination and delivery of project commitments related to all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.

Reisbel Machado obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Sciences from the University of Informatic Sciences (UCI) between 2005 and 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Coursera, including "Getting Started with Google Kubernetes Engine" (November 2019), "Elastic Cloud Infrastructure: Containers and Services" (June 2019), "Elastic Cloud Infrastructure: Scaling and Automation" (June 2019), "Essential Cloud Infrastructure: Core Services" (March 2019), "Essential Cloud Infrastructure: Foundation" (March 2019), and "Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure" (February 2019).
