Marika Sokol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various areas of human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a People & Culture Partner at SKB-GROUP since April 2023, Marika focuses on fostering an empowering company culture across European operations. Additionally, Marika is a Regenerative Agriculture Designer at Aloe Base, promoting sustainable agricultural practices. Holding a shareholder position at ITO United Change since January 2000, Marika contributes to talent management solutions, while also acting as an investor at OOOM Holding GmbH and a partner at MIND ONE Multidimensional Profiling. Marika's past roles include Country Business Manager for Profiles International and HR General Manager for bauMax AG. Marika holds a Master's degree in Andragogy, Sociology, and Business Education from Palacký University and has pursued further education in coaching and fashion design.
