Julian Cracchiolo, VCP, MCTS, is a dedicated IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and architecture. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator at IT Network Specialists since March 2020, Julian previously held the position of Director of Technical Operations at Telogix from November 2018 to October 2021. Julian's earlier experience includes roles as a Systems Architect at IT Network Specialists from May 2013 to November 2018 and at Applied Control Technology from June 2010 to May 2013. Julian's primary responsibilities include managing the Help Desk, monitoring client hardware, and assisting in the procurement, configuration, and installation of hardware and software for various projects. Julian holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Technology from Southern Arkansas University Tech, earned between 2008 and 2010.
