Matthaios Mantzios, UXC, M.Sc., currently serves as the Head of User Experience & Design at ITML, leading a team of UX/UI professionals to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. In addition, Matthaios mentors individuals in UI/UX design and digital product ownership at adplist.org. Previous experience includes roles at OTE Group of Companies, where responsibilities ranged from Scrum Product Owner for COSMOTE id to Digital Interfaces and UX Team Leader, focusing on developing digital ecosystems and user satisfaction strategies. Matthaios began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Arizona, where expertise in Reliability and Maintainability Engineering was cultivated. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and a degree in Mechanical & Industrial Engineering from the University of Thessaly.
