Ilektra Simitsi is a seasoned Research and Development Project Manager with extensive experience in managing and implementing EU-funded projects, including Horizon 2020, CERV, and Erasmus+. Currently serving at CONVERGENCE Non-profit, Ilektra has also held a similar role at ITML and contributed as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Peloponnesse. Previous positions include Research Associate at the Themistocles and Dimitris Tsatsos Foundation, Project Manager at TREK Development GmbH, and LLH Development Manager at the International Rescue Committee, among others. Ilektra holds a PhD in European Law from Democritus University of Thrace and Master's degrees in Public Policy and Human Development and European Law, along with a degree in Political Science and Public Administration.
