Craig Smith has extensive experience in the hospitality and events industry, currently serving as Duty Manager at itison since October 2021. Prior roles at itison include Event Supervisor for Sloans and Supervisor for both Elfingrove and GlasGLOW, along with positions as Bartender and Bar Staff. Prior to joining itison, Craig worked as a Production Operative at RESCU Solutions Ltd and briefly as Bar Staff at Let's Rock Scotland. Earlier experience includes a kitchen assistant role at Quayside Fish Bar and Restaurant, as well as at THE BERVIE CHIPPER LIMITED. Craig's education includes an HND in Event Management from City of Glasgow College and an NC in Travel and Tourism from North East Scotland College, complemented by a solid academic foundation at Mackie Academy.
