Wim Steenwerckx is the COO at Itineris. Wim has over 20 years of experience in the software development industry.

Wim started their career in 1993 as a Technical Commercial at ING Bank (BBL). Wim was responsible for introducing Electronic Banking (Isabel). In 1996, they left ING Bank to join Icon / 1eEurope as a Software Analyst / Developer. at Icon / 1eEurope, Wim was responsible for creating web applications using Microsoft technology.

In 2000, Wim left Icon / 1eEurope to join Clear2Pay (Tectrade) as a Software Analyst / Developer. At Clear2Pay, Wim was responsible for creating web applications using Microsoft technology.

In 2004, Wim left Clear2Pay to join Deceuninck as a Software Analyst / Developer. At Deceuninck, Wim was responsible for creating highly distributed web-driven applications using technologies such as Microsoft .NET (c#), SharePoint, AJAX, and integrating with SQL Server, AS/400, and SAP.

In 2011, Wim left Deceuninck to join Itineris as the COO.

Wim Steenwerckx has a bachelor's degree in applied computer science from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.
