Claude Achcar is a seasoned technology consultant and entrepreneur, serving as Co-Founder and Partner at ITI Ventures since March 2024 and as Founder and Managing Partner of Actel Consulting since December 2002. With extensive experience in global tech operations, Claude Achcar previously held the position of VP and MD for Asia Pacific at Ciena, where significant growth and expansion of regional offices were achieved. Prior roles include Global Accounts Director at Nortel Networks, focusing on both North American and Asian markets, as well as Associate Researcher at CRIM in Montreal, specializing in speech recognition. Claude Achcar holds an MBA in International Business from McGill University and both M.Eng. and B.Eng. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
