Shantanu Joshi's work experience includes a role as a Senior Business Solutions Architect at ITHENA since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at MBA Crystal Ball starting from August 2018. Shantanu also served as the VP of Enterprise Customer Success at Shoptimize India from January 2017 to February 2018, where they were responsible for the online revenue growth of various Indian brands. Before that, Shantanu worked as a Business Program Manager for the Rotimatic Team at Zimplistic Inventions from August 2016 to November 2016. Shantanu also served as a Strategy Consultant at Samsung Electronics from September 2014 to August 2016. Additionally, they have held various positions such as Strategy Intern at Ansaldo STS, Marketing Strategy Intern at Lenovo, Senior Technical Lead at PTC, Mechanical Design Engineer at Design Centre, and Mechanical Engineering Intern at Premier Ltd.

Shantanu Joshi completed their education in a variety of fields. In 1996, they attended Fergusson College, where they studied Mathematics, Science, and Geography. From 1998 to 2002, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering at Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Following that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in CAD and Statistics, from Michigan Technological University between 2003 and 2005.

In 2012, Shantanu enrolled at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with dual concentrations in Marketing (Market Analysis and Strategy) and Finance (Investment) in 2014. During their MBA program, Shantanu also participated in an exchange program at the Hyderabad Campus of the Indian School of Business in 2014.

Apart from their formal education, Shantanu Joshi has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they completed the Agile Fundamentals course from Pluralsight and earned certifications in RESTful Web Services with Node.js and Express, Windows Server Management and Security, and Enterprise System Management and Security from Coursera. In the same year, they also completed the Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools: Bootstrap 4 course from Coursera. Finally, in 2022, they obtained the Incorta 5 Essentials for Business Analysts certification from Incorta.
