Yousef Swaileh started their work experience in 2015 with an internship at Paltel, where they gained experience in areas such as ADSL, routing protocols, and DSL configurations. Yousef then interned at Qalqilya Municipality, where they focused on web design and development, as well as hardware and network maintenance.

In 2017, Yousef joined LiveArea, a Merkle Company, as an SAP Commerce Developer, where they upgraded the Hybris platform and later transitioned to a Full-Stack SAP Commerce Developer role, implementing new features and fixing bugs. Yousef also worked as an Adobe Commerce Developer, launching and implementing a new eCommerce website using Adobe Commerce and Adobe Experience Manager + React frameworks.

In 2015, Yousef also worked at ITG Software, Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they mainly focused on backend programming languages and frameworks such as Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and SAP Hybris. Yousef was later promoted to Senior Software Engineer, specializing in API development and web services integration.

Yousef's most recent experience is as a Technical Programs Manager at KFC starting in 2023.

Yousef Swaileh completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from An-Najah National University in Nablus. Yousef attended this university from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Yousef Swaileh has obtained several certifications. Yousef earned the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM 1) certification from Scrum.org in February 2023. In February 2022, they achieved the Certified DevOps for Innovation - CDOI certification from Spark Engine. Yousef Swaileh also acquired the DevOps Engineering Foundation (DOEF) certification from DevOps Institute in November 2022.
