Lance Moyer is an experienced professional with diverse expertise in both manufacturing and ministry contexts. Currently serving as a Factory Manager at ITG Brands since November 2021, Lance has a strong background in operations and plant management, having held leadership roles at companies such as EFS-plastics Inc., Silberline®, and Grosfillex. In addition to industrial experience, Lance has been a dedicated pastor at HIS Living Waters since May 2015 and previously at Maple Grove Ministries, contributing to community outreach and spiritual leadership. Lance's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 1992.
