Gary Hall is the President and Head of Infrastructure & Public Finance at Siebert Williams Shank & Co., LLC since June 2013. In addition to this role, Gary serves as a Partner and Head of Investment Banking (Infrastructure & Public Finance) at American Triple I and holds a Board Member position at Iteris, Inc. Gary's extensive involvement in the financial sector includes serving on the Board of SIFMA, as a member of the Fixed Income Committee at FINRA, and as a Corporate Affiliate Board Member for the National Association of State Treasurers. Previously, Gary held the position of Chairman of the Board at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. Gary's background includes experience as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan and educational qualifications with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Howard University.
