Suraj Mandal is a seasoned Senior UX Designer currently employed at Citi and serving as a Community Volunteer at IterateUX since April 2023. Previously, Suraj held the positions of Product Designer and Design Ops Manager at Jio Tesseract from October 2020 to December 2022, where key achievements included the delivery of eight Mixed Reality apps and the design of a B2B voice-based platform that improved turnaround times by 30%. Suraj's earlier experience includes being the Product Designer and Owner at ADSMN Interactive Pvt Ltd, where a metaverse 3D online product was launched during the pandemic, and a Creative Head at JV Media Experiences. With a background in motion graphics and design since 2010, Suraj has managed over 200 projects across various platforms and worked extensively in team leadership and quality assurance.
