Natasha R. is an experienced leader in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Director of People Operations, Experience, and Technology at Iterable since January 2021, and as an advisor at AdvisoryCloud since March 2019. Previously, Natasha held key positions at Airbus, including Senior Director for HR transformation and technology across North America and Head of Talent Acquisition and Management for Acubed by Airbus. Natasha has also contributed as an Executive Director at GSN, Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Proofpoint, and Senior Director of Talent Management at Corporate Executive Board, among other roles. Natasha's extensive expertise includes managing HR technology portfolios, developing talent acquisition strategies, and optimizing operational excellence, underscored by a commitment to exceeding hiring goals and enhancing employee experiences. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of La Verne, alongside an Associate of Science in Political Science from the University of Bridgeport.
