Deja Darrington, MBA, currently serves as a Customer Marketing Manager at Iterable, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Deja worked as a Communications and Events Specialist at Claremont Graduate University from January 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing the graduate student journey through content strategies and storytelling opportunities. Deja also has experience as an Alumni Programs Coordinator for University Advancement at the University of California, Riverside, where project management skills led to significant increases in volunteer participation and service projects for Highlander Day of Service. Earlier roles include Customer Service Representative at Esri and event organization support in a user conference setting.
