Klara Opdahl

Program Manager And Delivery Manager Portals, Resource Manager at Itera

Klara Opdahl has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Klara started their career as a Konsulentassistent and Konsulent at DMB&B Lund og Lommer, where they launched the concept "Helkunde" for Samvirke forsikring and worked with book-clubs and subscriptions. Klara then worked as an Account Director at Kobs & Draft Bates Direct, where they also served as the General Manager of the office and focused on direct marketing campaigns and CRM concepts for clients such as De norske bokklubbene and Stabenfeldt forlag. Klara went on to become the Vice President at K&D Corvo Direct in Bangalore, India, where they strengthened knowledge on Direct Marketing within the agency and worked on projects for clients such as Standard Chartered Bank and Suzuki motorbikes. Klara then moved to London to work as an Account Director at Draft Direct, where they planned Pan-European campaigns for clients such as Madge Networks and ITT Thomas Publishing across 14 European countries. Klara also worked as a Key Account Manager at Paintbox, where they handled Direct Marketing production for FCB. Klara then transitioned to working at Virtual Garden as an Administrative Executive, responsible for building and tenant management, IT-systems, contracts, and personnel. Klara also served as an Account Director at Virtual Garden's previous iterations such as DMB&B, Clarion, D'Arcy, and Staal, working with a wide range of clients and coordinating the agency's work for the Norwegian TV-Gala. Klara then became the Marketing Manager In-house at Navico Norway AS and the Prosjektleder/Daglig leder (Vikariat) at Reklamebyrået Ernö, where they were responsible for all administration and project management for clients such as Byggmakker. Before their current role, Klara worked as an Account Manager at LOS&CO and is currently working at Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE as the Program Manager and Delivery Manager Portals, Resource Manager. In this role, they have worked on various projects such as creating a new intranet based on Sharepoint and Office 365 for Itera, developing a new website and intranet for Statens Jernbanetilsyn, and working on the www.shapes.al project for Sapa AS.

Klara Opdahl attended the University of Agder (UiA) from 1982 to 1984, where they pursued Economical Administrative Studies. Klara did not obtain a degree during this period. In addition to their formal education, Klara Opdahl also obtained several certifications later on. In 2017, they completed the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from Glasspaper. Following that, in 2019, they achieved the ICP-APM Agile Project Management certification from AgileLAB.org and the ICP-ACC Agile Coaching Professional certification from Adventures with Agile.
