Ira Dashkevich has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Ira began their career as a Senior Economist at JSCB "BANK FORUM" in 2005, where they contributed their expertise until 2007. They then joined JSCB "FINEXBANK" as a General Manager and successfully managed operations until 2014. Following this, Ira took up the role of Branch Manager at PJSC "JSCB "CONCORD"" from 2014 to 2015. They then transitioned to ControlPay BV, working as an auditor from 2016 to 2016. Ira gained valuable project management experience as a Project Manager at Reikartz from 2016 to 2017. They then moved to Qoderoom, working as a QA Analyst in 2017. Finally, in 2017, Ira joined Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE as a Junior Test Engineer and quickly progressed to the role of Senior Test Engineer in 2020, where they currently contribute their expertise.

Ira Dashkevich attended Kyiv National Linguistic University from 2001 to 2006, where they studied Management of Organization and English. They obtained additional certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in October 2021, IREB® Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering Foundation Level from IREB GmbH in April 2021, ISTQB - Certified Test Analyst Advanced Level from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in April 2019, ISTQB® Certified Tester from iSQI GmbH in October 2017, and certificates from LITS [Lviv IT School] in October 2015 and Kyiv-Mohyla Business School [kmbs] in September 2015.
