Sara Romero Sotelo has a diverse work experience. Sara started working in 2003 as an Assistant to the Management in the Direction of the School at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, where they were responsible for academic planning, event planning, and administrative tasks. In 2008, they moved to the Instituto de Investigación at the same university, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant. Sara'sresponsibilities included managing research activities and supervising the administrative aspects of the office.

In 2010, Sara joined Itera Process Consulting e IT Institute, where they held multiple roles. As an MKT Contact REP, they worked on generating demand and contacting leads for implementing different methodologies and tools for resource optimization in various business lines. Sara also had direct contact with IT Managers in private and government organizations. Later, they transitioned to the role of IT Train Rep, where they were responsible for offering training sessions for the company and filtering a database for the IT and business sectors. Finally, they became an Account Manager Senior, where they provided ongoing support to corporate clients by generating customized training plans.

From 2002 to 2006, Sara Romero Sotelo attended the Instituto Superior Tecnológico CIMA´S. During their time there, they obtained a degree in Técnico en Contabilidad Computarizada, with a focus on Contabilidad y gestión empresarial.
