Theodore Sanders is a seasoned immunologist with extensive experience in cancer research and immunology. Currently serving as Principal Scientist at iTeos Therapeutics since February 2019, Theodore has progressed through various scientific roles within the same company, contributing significantly to the field. Prior to this, Theodore was a Research Fellow in Cancer Immunology at the University of Southampton, collaborating with Professor Mark Cragg on the development of cellular assays for analyzing monoclonal antibodies. Additional experience includes postdoctoral positions at the University of Oxford and Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry, focusing on the inflammasome's role in intestinal inflammation and the impact of retinoic acid on inflammatory bowel disease, respectively. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Immunology and Infectious Disease from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry with Molecular Biology from the University of Leeds.
