Chris Dellrocco has worked in the customer service industry since 1997. Theirfirst role was as a Customer Service Representative at Evergreen Holdings, where they worked from 1997 to 2003. Chris then moved to a Customer Service Training Coordinator role from 2003 to 2006, and a Customer Service/Call Center Supervisor role from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they began working as a Customer Service/Call Center Manager at Evergreen Holdings/Safety-Kleen until 2014. In 2014, they became a Transition Project Manager at iTEK Services, Inc., where they were responsible for coordinating with department managers and team leads to facilitate the on boarding of new customers and/or products. Chris also monitored and assisted with multiple ongoing projects under the Director of Service Delivery.
Chris Dellrocco began their education in 1990 at Rancho Santiago College. In 2013, they obtained certifications from the City of Tustin for Level 1 CERT and First Aid/CPR.
