Smita Pandit has extensive experience in human resources and business operations, currently serving as Director of HR & Operations and Head of HR (INDIA) at iTEDIUM since November 2018. Prior to this role, Smita worked as a Sales Consultant at Quantum Travels Pvt Ltd from March 2014 to October 2018, and as Assistant Manager-Business Development at Cruise Professionals from November 2012 to October 2013. Smita's career began as Team Leader-Counter Sales at Equino Fun Holidays from January 2005 to June 2011, following a position as Domestic Executive-Counter Sales at TCI Pune between 2002 and 2004. Smita holds a Master of Arts in Hindi Language and Literature and a Master of Arts in History from Savitribai Phule Pune University, alongside a Bachelor of Education from Pune University and a Bachelor of Arts in Hindi from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Smita's educational journey began with 12th grade arts from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University.
