Matt Tiani began their work experience in 2004 at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they served as a Lead Associate. Matt worked in this role for over 11 years until 2015. In the same year, they joined iTech AG as a Director. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Executive Vice President.

Matt Tiani, PMP, CSM, ITIL, completed their undergraduate education from William & Mary, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, they also hold two significant certifications. One of them is the Certified Scrum Master certification, obtained in December 2015 from Scrum Alliance. The other is the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, obtained from PMI, although the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
