Jamen Wood has a solid background in ServiceNow development and administration. They began their work experience in 2013 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they served as a ServiceNow Admin/Developer/Support Engineer. They provided software support and quality assurance for the Seminary & Institute Department and later became a key support role for the ServiceNow team. In 2017, Jamen moved on to UnitedHealth Group as a ServiceNow Admin, where they managed integration REST API accounts for developers and handled migrations and operation tickets. They then joined Iridium in 2018 as a ServiceNow Admin/Developer, where they developed and customized various aspects of ServiceNow and provided admin support for a ServiceNow customer. In 2019, Jamen joined ZAACT Consulting as a ServiceNow Developer, focusing on customizing catalog items and workflows for server management and procurement. They also worked on customizing BYU Pathway's Mentor Portal. Currently, Jamen is working at iTech AG as a ServiceNow Developer.
Jamen Wood obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Science from Weber State University, which they attended from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Technical Sales from the same university, attending from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, Jamen Wood has earned several certifications from ServiceNow, including the ServiceNow San Diego Certified System Administrator in May 2022, the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator in December 2018, and the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator in November 2016.
