Nigel May possesses extensive experience in education and business development, currently serving as an Adult Education Tutor for Community Courses and Employability at Itchen Sixth Form College since November 2021. Prior roles include Tutor in the Further Education & Skills Sector at Romsey Community School Limited, Principal Consultant and Business Development Director at JuMelia Ltd, and several key positions at Serco, including Head of Sales Productivity and Global Operations Director. Nigel's career began in the British Army as a REME Officer, where responsibilities encompassed senior leadership and logistics management. Academically, Nigel holds a Master of Arts in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Post Graduate Diploma in Defence Logistics Management from Cranfield University.
