Ghanshyam Dave currently serves as Manager - Supply Chain Excellence at ITC Limited since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ghanshyam was with IFB Industries Ltd from June 2017 to July 2020, advancing from Service Executive, where notable achievements included improving Installation and Service TAT significantly, exceeding revenue targets, and implementing cost-saving policies. Ghanshyam began career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, successfully reducing repeat repair failures and enhancing service efficiency, earning a silver medal for excellence. Early experiences included internships with Indian Railways, focused on the maintenance and operational methods of railcar and diesel locomotives. Educational credentials include a PGDM in Operations and Supply Chain Management from SPJIMR and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering.
