Aishwarya Londhe is an accomplished HR professional with a strong background in human resources and engineering. Currently serving as Manager HR at ITC Limited since February 2023, Aishwarya previously held the position of Manager - Lead HRBP at Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included leading HR business partnering for production, engineering, planning, and supply chain functions. Aishwarya's earlier experiences include various management internships across renowned organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Mondelēz International, and Larsen & Toubro. Aishwarya earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Amravati.
